How We Work
Concierge Legal Services
The Firm makes legal services available to you through our online conferencing tools. Over 50% of the estate planning process takes place from home. For clients that are physically unable to leave their homes, we have a custom planning process that allows for in-home consultations. In addition, we host weekend office hours one Saturday per quarter for those who can’t manage weekday appointments.
Accessibility
You can reach the office any day of the week by phone or email. If your call or email is not answered, someone will get back to you by the next business day. Additionally, for tight timelines, the firm optimizes video conferencing to expedite the planning process when appropriate.
Flat Rate Billing for Estate Planning & MOST PROBATES
Breaking away from the traditional legal practice where clients are billed on an hourly basis, following your free initial consultation for estate planning or probate, you will be quoted a flat rate fee for proposed services. This billing structure removes the prospect of unwelcome surprise fees, and more importantly, eliminates barriers of communication in the attorney client relationship.
